The Assistant Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Ahanta West, Bernard Kerson Essien has emphasized that President Akufo-Addo’s nomination of John Agyare as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) is a great choice for the party.
According to him, he has known the nominee for years and has no doubt he possess the ability and competence to deliver on his mandate once his appointment is confirmed.
“I believe Mr. Agyare has stayed with the people and understands them better. As a teacher and headmaster, he has dealt with many young people. His excellent human relationship skills is not in doubt just like his communication abilities. He has served the New Patriotic Party and his church for years.
“He is very approachable and affable. His love for Ahanta and development cannot be overemphasized. I dare say that if John Agyare doesn’t raise the bar and champion the course of Ahanta, I doubt there will be another “Messiah” to do so,” part of a press release from Bernard Kerson Essien has said.
