A 38-year-old with mental problems, residing in a condominium in Morciola, attacked his parents and endangered the other tenants. The mayor of Vallefoglia has asked for a TSO to protect public safety. Urbino Public Prosecutor asks for a precautionary measure.

Fear in a condominium in Morciola due to the excesses of a 38-year-old resident with mental health problems, who yesterday also attacked his parents as well as having made himself dangerous in recent weeks with the other tenants of the building by setting fire to bins, moving around with cans of petrol, smearing the walls.

Every time, like yesterday, the carabinieri intervene, who can do nothing but request an immediate forced hospitalization in psychiatry in Pesaro. So also yesterday, it is the fifth time, the mayor of Vallefoglia forwarded Tso’s request to safeguard public safety as well as that of the 38-year-old.

The general practitioner has requested medical treatment, the parents have begged the doctors on their knees so that their son will be treated against his will given that he does not intend to take drugs which until a few months ago allowed him to have a life without excesses of anger but the doctor on duty in the San Salvatore emergency room considered that the 38-year-old did not need any psychiatric health treatment by putting him out again. The parents now refuse to go home in the presence of their child for fear of being attacked.

The father on the phone: “The state will intervene after he has killed us”. Meanwhile, the public prosecutor of Urbino has asked the investigating judge for a precautionary measure for the 38-year-old so that he is treated in a suitable facility. However, the authorization has not yet been given.
