In the center, outside a bar, a man was stabbed in the abdomen. It happened yesterday evening, Friday 25 August, shortly after 21:00 in Piazza Palestro in Rovato, a stone’s throw from the town hall and Piazza Cavour. A 49-year-old man was injured, the alleged attacker was arrested.

At the moment, the reasons that led to the furious quarrel that broke out in the bar are not known, the dynamics are still being reconstructed by the carabinieri of the local station. What is certain is that at the height of the dispute a 49-year-old man of Kosovar origin was stabbed in the abdomen.

Initially rescued in red code, the wounded man was subsequently taken to the Chiari hospital in yellow code; at the moment he would not be in danger of life. The alleged attacker, Italian, has already been identified by the police. Arrested, he was taken to the barracks in Rovato.
