He had an illness that in a few seconds made him collapse on the seat of the car while he was driving it. Thus a 66-year-old man died under the eyes of his wife, sitting in the passenger seat. And she could have been even worse if the woman hadn’t been ready to immediately pull the handbrake of the car and take the wheel. Unfortunately, however, for the man there was nothing to be done.

This is what happened on Sunday 27 August in Folgaria on a street in the town. The paramedics attended the scene but there was nothing they could do for the man. The road between Calliano and Folgaria was closed in both directions for almost an hour to allow for the recovery of the body.
