Minors the victims, as well as the (alleged) perpetrators of the robbery, which resulted in a brutal assault, which took place at the Fiumicello oratory in Brescia. For two of them – identified by the carabinieri also thanks to social networks – handcuffs were released for robbery and aggravated personal injuries on the morning of today, Wednesday 30 August.

The investigating judge of the juvenile court ordered one of the two to be kept in prison, while the other was entrusted to a community. A third minor was also affected by the precautionary measure of placement in the community, but at the moment he is untraceable and the carabinieri are hunting him.

Theft, chase and beating
The disturbing episode of violence last April 4, in broad daylight: according to what was reconstructed by the men of the Arma, the two boys (16 and 17 years old) had grabbed a bluetooth speaker from the two peers and then fled. The victims, aged 15 and 16, had then chased them out of the structure and then joined them to recover the stolen goods.

Finally the brutal assault: first threatened and then hit with a flurry of kicks, punches and bottles, even on the head. Not only that: they had been wounded, with the shards of the shattered bottle, in their arms, neck and face. While pouring on the ground, one of the two had also been scarred on the cheek with the neck of the bottle.

Scarred young man
Once the attackers escaped, the two victims ran back inside the oratory to ask for help and trigger the 112 call: in addition to the carabinieri, two ambulances had intervened and transported the two minors to the hospital. After treatment, they were discharged with prognoses of 15 and 20 days.
