JESI – General prevention and fight against illegal immigration, two expulsion decrees issued. The first is against a 33-year-old Albanian resident in Mondolfo, but domiciled in Ancona, who at the end of August had created disturbances in the emergency room of the Carlo Urbani Hospital, where he had been transported by ambulance for substance abuse narcotics.
The following day, the police officers who intervened found him lying on the ground in a state of agitation. The young man was disrupting the regular performance of healthcare services, railing against medical and nursing staff and even accessing areas off-limits to the public. The man had refused to give his personal details, threatening the police and putting up resistance.
The agents, with the right operational techniques, had managed to contain the vehemence of the Albanian citizen who, from investigations, had been found to be the recipient of the rejection of the application for renewal of the residence permit.
Accompanied to the police station, the prefectural expulsion decree was formalized with the order of the police commissioner of Ancona, Cesare Capocasa, to leave the national territory within 15 days. The man was reported yesterday for threats, resistance to a public official and I refuse to give any indication of my identity.
The other expulsion decree is against a Tunisian. Yesterday afternoon the police, thanks to the intensification of the territorial control services planned by the Director of the Commissariat, deputy commissioner Dr Paolo Arena, following the directives of the police commissioner of Ancona Cesare Capocasa, stopped a car in via Setificio, one of the streets most at risk of local crime.
On board there was a non-EU citizen of Tunisian nationality. The investigations revealed that the man had numerous precedents for crimes against his person and property, as well as a trace for notification of a decree revoking the residence permit issued by the Ancona police station.
The Tunisian was then taken to the police station for notification of the decree and simultaneous withdrawal of the residence card. Subsequently he was made available to the expulsion team of the immigration office for accompaniment to the Permanence Center for Repatriation in Gorizia.
