Student, but also drug dealer. The Carabinieri of the Santa Rosa station are convinced of this, engaged in a control service, organized by the Provincial Command of Lecce, to prevent and ‘ combat’ the dealing of narcotic substances near schools. Just a few steps from an institute in the city, the men in uniform stopped a 20-year-old from Lecce , who had previously ended up under house arrest with an electronic bracelet, but was on leave to attend a course of study, finding him with a dose of hashish. Subsequent investigations revealed that there was more. In fact, the Carabinieri found messages on his mobile phone that made them think of his probable drug dealing activity .

The Carabinieri promptly reported the entire affair to the Court of Lecce which, fully sharing the investigative activity of the Carabinieri, requested and obtained a measure to aggravate the young man’s position. The measure was notified to the 20-year-old. The doors of prison have opened for him , where he is at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.

It should be noted that the criminal proceedings are still in the preliminary investigation phase and that the subject, although subjected to restrictive measures, is a person subject to investigations and therefore presumed innocent until a final sentence
