The modus operandi, now consolidated, consisted of entering public buildings, without alarm systems, during the evening-night period, through the emergency exits, which can be easily opened from the outside, or by breaking into the windows on the ground floor, and then broke into the vending machines for drinks and snacks, from which both the contents in coins and some foodstuffs were taken away. The spoils are often meager in the face of considerable damage to infrastructures and distribution systems. Investigators believe that the 41-year-old operated, from time to time, with other accomplices, whose identification is continuing. Meanwhile on Tuesday morning, following the hearing to validate the arrest, the 41-year-old was released from prison and subjected to the obligation to report to the judicial police.
