Hours of work for the firefighters of Canal San Bovo and the teams from Imer, Mezzano and Primiero in support. The operations were complicated by gusts of wind
SAN BOVO CANAL. The firefighters’ operations continued until late into the night to put out the flames that broke out in a house in Caoria and which led to the evacuation of a couple in their 70s.
The alarm was raised yesterday afternoon and the firefighters from Canal San Bovo intervened on site, while the teams from Imer, Mezzano and Primiero provided support (HERE THE ARTICLE).
The firefighters’ work to put out the flames that engulfed the roof of the building and make the area safe continued until around midnight. Not simple operations complicated by strong gusts of wind.

The fire destroyed the roof of the house and a wooden floor. The efforts of the firefighters made it possible to control the flames and put them out.
During the night, operations to clear the debris and make the area safe were then started.
The house suffered extensive damage due to the fire and further checks on the situation will be carried out today.
