The 9-year-old boy suffered fractures to his legs and pelvis

A 9-year-old boy fell from a chairlift in the Melette ski complex in Gallio, in the province of Vicenza, falling onto a road below. The child, who suffered fractures to his legs and pelvis, was rescued and transported to hospital under code red but his condition is not serious. The investigations are carried out by the Asiago carabinieri. From an initial reconstruction it seems that the child was sitting next to an adult, according to the rules, but slipped due to accidental causes.
