That’s a powerful truth! No power, whether physical, spiritual, or otherwise, can compare to or surpass the power of God. As Psalm 62:11 says:

“Power belongs to God, and God’s power is over all.”

Here are some reminders of God’s unparalleled power:

• Creation: God spoke, and the universe came into being (Genesis 1).
• Providence: God sustains and governs all things (Colossians 1:17).
• Miracles: God defies natural laws to demonstrate His power (Exodus 14:21-22).
• Redemption: God delivers His people from sin and death (John 3:16).
• Judgment: God will ultimately triumph over evil (Revelation 20:12-15).

As Isaiah 40:28 says:

“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable.”

God’s power is:

• Omnipotent (all-powerful)
• Omniscient (all-knowing)
• Omnipresent (present everywhere)

No power can match or surpass the power of God!
