Waterloo wakes up in tears today. Former FC Kallon midfielder and Waterloo Community Football Club, Bassatown community star Alie N. B. Sesay, fondly known as Neymar Baros, has sadly passed away this morning. For almost a month, he fought bravely through a serious illness, but today, we have lost not just a player, but a brother, a dreamer, a young legend whose light faded far too soon.

Neymar Baros wasn’t just talented, he was gifted, humble, loyal, and deeply loved by teammates, fans, and the entire Sierra Leone football community. His passion for the game inspired many, and his smile lit up every pitch he stepped on. ⚽✨
