SWOOP AT GHETTOS BY TECHIMAN POLICE COMMANDS

On 16/12/2025 at 1800hrs, the Techiman District Police Command led by Supt/Mr. Charles Atuah   conducted Swoops  at criminal hideouts  within the Techiman Municipality to fish out criminal gangs and illicit drug dealers. A total of 25 suspects were arrested at various  ghettos.

13 suspects namely: Mubarack Alhassan age 26, Amoako Prosper age 28, Manarf Inusah age 19, Owusu Amos age 23, Suleman Mudasel age 18, Comfort Frimaa age 20, Samuel Nimoh age 22, and Ridwan Mohammed age 21 were arrested at Abamu.

The team continued to Kenten and arrested 6 suspects including Amado Charles 20, Kofi Alex 20, Zongo Umar 35, Sharif Yahaya 18, Nurideen Abu 25 and Solomon Sheganyi 18. The operation  was extended to Tako where Edmund  Gyimah 30, Nana Agyemang Eugen 24, Boahen Stephen   22, Frimpong James  30, Dabou Naa Michael   23, and Tiwaa Hawa 37 were picked.

Nineteen wrapers of whitish powder suspected to be  Cocaine, and dried leaves concealed  in a polythene bag suspected to be India hemp  were found  at the ghettos. Exhibits retained. Suspects in police custody.  Below are the photos of the suspects and the exhibits pls.
